Files containing the presentations should be delivered directly to the Session Room on the day of the presentation (during coffee breaks) on USB-drives.
The files should be named by the ID number of the accepted abstract followed by the Author’s surname, e.g. 321_Smith.pdf (for revised abstracts, use the ID of the last accepted document).
Talks will be 15 minutes long, with an additional 5 minutes for questions and transition.
Young researchers W. Elsner’s competition talks are planned for 25 minutes with an additional 5 minutes for questions and transition.
The presentation computers will be equipped with Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader.

The poster size should not exceed 120 cm in height and 94 cm in width. Posters should be placed on the boards on the first day of the FMC2024 and taken down on the last day.
A label on the corresponding board will identify your poster place.
Poster teaser presentations are planned for 3 minutes.
The Session Chairmen

In the case of a situation where the presenter is not present, the Chairman announces a 15-minute break in a session.
