The deadline for the Conference registration fee payment expires on June 15th, 2024.

* The registration fee is in Polish Zloty (PLN), the fee in Euro or USD should be calculated based on the current rate. Any additional banking costs, including exchange rates, should be paid by the participant.
The Conference fee includes:
- VAT tax
- Conference welcome pack and the FMC 2024 Book of Abstracts
- The conference proceedings and materials
- Access to all scientific sessions
- Refreshments and lunches
- Get-together party
- Organized social events and tours
- Banquet
- Publications one paper per participant in Journal of Physics: Conference Series (after a positive review process).
Cancellation policy: If a paid registration is cancelled before 30 June 2022, then 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed. After this date, the registration fee cannot be reimbursed.
Important: Only one presentation (oral or poster) per paid conference fee (full or reduced) is allowed.
