GDPR Information clause

According to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Journal of Laws EU L 119/1 of May 4, 2016), hereinafter referred to as hereinafter "GDPR", Warsaw University of Technology informs that:

The administrator of your personal data is the Warsaw University of Technology with its registered at Pl. Politechniki 1, 00-661 Warsaw, Poland.
The administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to supervise the correctness of personal data processing. You can contact him via the e-mail address: iod@pw.edu.pl.
The administrator will process your personal data in terms of given name, familly name, telephone number, e-mail address.
Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator in order to organize the XXVI Fluid Mechanics Conference - the basis for the processing of your personal data is art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Warsaw University of Technology does not intend to transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify them, the right to request deletion, limit processing, the right to object to the processing of personal data. Due to the fact that the premise for the processing of personal data is not consent, you are not entitled to transfer personal data.
Your personal data will not be made available to other entities (administrators), except for entities authorized under the law.
Access to your personal data may be granted to entities (processing entities) commissioned by the Warsaw University of Technology to perform activities that may involve the processing of personal data.
Warsaw University of Technology does not use automated decision-making in relation to you, including profiling you.
Providing your personal data is voluntary, however, failure to do so prevents you from participating in the XXVI Fluid Mechanics Conference.
Your personal data will be processed for a period of 6 years and for the period necessary to secure any claims.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, when you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
